Diabetic clients requesting cuticle cutting services, as this practice may pose health risks.
Individuals who exhibit rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff or fellow guests.

All services are final and non‑refundable.
If something does not meet your expectations, please let us know during your appointment so we can perfect it before you leave.
We are pleased to offer complimentary fixes for smudges, chips, or shape concerns reported within 24 hours of your visit.
All repair appointments must be booked within five days of the original service.
Refunds or credit notes are not provided for changes of mind after a service has been completed.
Once you depart the salon, we consider the service approved unless concerns were communicated prior to leaving.
Damage resulting from improper aftercare—such as lifting, breakage, or chipping due to personal activities—is not covered and will require a repair fee.

Appointments cancelled or changed within the 3-hour window will be charged 10% of the appointment fee.
Cancellations or no-shows after that period are subject to 50% of the appointment fee.
